Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a system that evaluates structural, chemical and mental aspects of health using manual muscle testing with other standard methods of diagnosis. The doctor using AK finds a muscle that is unbalanced and then attempts to determine why that muscle is not functioning properly.  The doctor works out the treatment that will best balance the patient’s muscles. Treatments may involve specific joint manipulation or mobilization, various myofascial therapies, cranial techniques, meridian and acupuncture skills, clinical nutrition, dietary management, counseling skills, evaluating environmental irritants and various reflex procedures. Auriculotherapy

Auriculotherapy is a health care procedure in which stimulation of the auricle of the external ear is utilized to alleviate health conditions in other parts of the body. It is this integrated system of Chinese and Western practices of auricular acupuncture which is presented. Learn more

Nutritional Therapy

I am a certified Dietitian-Nutritionist and find that an optimal diet and carefully chosen supplements are often at the core of recovery and maintenance of good health. When wisely applied, food becomes our medicine.

Over the years I have used nutritional testing and therapies to detect and treat a wide variety of conditions such as deficiencies, allergies and sensitivities, immune issues, toxins, hormonal concerns(pregnancy issues, PMS, menopause), osteoporosis, insomnia, addictions, diabetes, digestive disorders(GERD, irritable bowel disease, Celiac’s Disease), high blood pressure, fatigue, and more.

Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) Therapy

I am also a Certified GAPS Practitioner. Gut and Psychology Syndrome(GAP Syndrome or GAPS) is a condition based on the connection between the digestive system and the brain. Our physical and mental health are greatly affected by this relationship.  Learn more

Uncut Flower Essences

I am delighted to have discovered Dr. Brent Davis’ Uncut Flower Essences (www.floralive.com).  These wonderful remedies are the epitome of mind-body medicine when it comes to eliminating subconscious blockages and limiting beliefs that prevent us from achieving greater health and happiness.  They have scientific research supporting their effectiveness and are completely safe.  As far as I know they are unmatched by other flower remedies available including Bach flower remedies.  The reason is tow fold: 1) they are derived from uncut living flowers and 2) they are grown in pristine and sometimes remote areas of the world.  This creates their uniquely powerful and transformative nature.
